Zuparv India Pvt. Ltd. was founded in 2018 by Ahmad Karimi, after years of watching projects unravel — not from bad intent, but from fragmented teams. Separate design firms, separate contractors, separate agendas. Too many gaps. Too little accountability.
The answer was not a new project management tool. It was a different kind of firm: one where interior design, fit-out and construction project management live under the same roof, owned by the same people, accountable to the same client.
Today, Zuparv India Pvt. Ltd. has delivered over 340 projects across residential, commercial and hospitality sectors. The brief has never changed: less friction, more confidence, and a finished space worth being proud of.
